University preparation starts early at VEGA Academy. Through dual-credit opportunities, on-campus IBU Days, and personalized counselling, students build the confidence and skills for post-secondary success. VEGA Academy’s affiliation with International Business University (IBU) provides a seamless pathway to IBU, while personalized guidance supports students in pursuing other Canadian and global universities that align with their goals and aspirations.

Review
Admissions and academic review, including the applicant video or conversation; Star Scholarship considered.
Offer
Offer of Admission issued, with the bursary and any Star Scholarship; signed and returned, with proof of payment where a deposit is due.
LOA
Letter of Acceptance issued; study permit applied for, if applicable.
Enrol & Register
Academic, accommodation and insurance arrangements; students and courses registered.
Prepare
Pre-arrival information sent; travel and accommodation confirmed.
Arrive
Student arrives and attends the Orientation (usually the transition day), then the first day of class.
