Where High School Meets University Life
Our teachers blend academic excellence with genuine care and mentorship. In collaboration with our academic partner, International Business University, VEGA Academy students benefit from early exposure to university-style learning and leadership experiences that prepare them confidently for the future.
IBU Days
IBU days enable students to explore university life while still in high school. Students will attend networking events, sit in real university classes taught by IBU professors, and explore different campus venues. They will get a true sense of life at a university. IBU Days are a chance to learn, connect, and experience what it’s like to be part of our university community, helping students imagine their future.
IBU North Star
Each VEGA Academy student is paired with an IBU North Star, an International Business University student, who serves as their guide and support along the way. Just like the real North Star that helps travelers find their direction, an IBU North Star helps VEGA Academy students find theirs. They offer guidance, encouragement, and insight into life in Canada and what it means to grow as a learner and global citizen.
IBU Tutors
If extra academic support is needed, students will not only have help from VEGA Academy teachers, but they can also be tutored by IBU students. This gives them the chance to learn directly from university peers who understand what it takes to succeed academically.
